Spring has Sprung

I wanted to share these photos I took the other day of this beautiful Magnolia Tree! I arrived early to my photo shoot and was just having fun! I absolutely love these trees.  The flowers on them are gorgeous. I also took some shots of this other tree, but am unsure of the type of tree it is?

I have really been enjoying my spring and am having a lot of new opportunity coming up.  I am working with a local dance store for a photo shoot of some models and their new spring apparel! I am going to enjoy all the fun tutus and colorful dance clothing!

I also was just asked to do all the photos for our local High Schools Spring Play.  I am really excited about this as it is going to be a really unique play with great costumes.

I am leaving town for the next two weeks to spend time down in Florida for my children's spring break.  We are going to be with some other families for a few days and I am hoping to get some really nice photos on the beach.  I will post along the way of my trip of neat places, great colors, beautiful foliage and just plain ole beach fun!

The biggest thing I have going on is working on and completing my website.  It has been a lot of fun going through so many of my pictures and coming up with the design of my site.   I am really hoping to have this done in the next week or so.

I just completed a 16th birthday party shoot of 11 young ladies. This was such a great idea for a fun way of friends getting together and capturing the day all together.  We did several types of group pictures along with individual pictures and small groups.  It was so much fun!  I will post pictures soon!

Darling Kiddos!

I had such a fun time with these two for my session.  Brother and Sister are just so fun together.  C is younger than Z and she was giving all the direction for shoot!  He was making me laugh throughout the whole shoot.  C kept trying to get him to focus on what her and I were trying to accomplish!

If I haven't said it enough, I LOVE MY JOB!!!

Spring Sister Shoot!

These ladies were so much fun to go out with on a beautiful day for a beautiful photo shoot! They brought along fun hats, awesome scarves and a really fun old fashion bike!  We also had fun with bubbles.  We started at 9 am and the sun was just so perfect!

Such an easy shoot!

WOW is all I can say for this shoot!  I was so excited to be able to do this photo shoot with Missy!  I had met Missy along the way at some local functions and then at a model shoot I did for a local boutique.  Missy has a fabulous business called Honey Like Love at honeylikelove.com.  She is a fashion Diva!  Check out her website for all that she offers.  I really hope to have the opportunity in the future to help her with additional photo shoots!

Children at their best!

These sweet children stopped by to see if my son could play today!  They are so creative and were having so much fun dressing up and just being children.  I am so blessed to live in such a wonderful neighborhood that allows our children to run from house to house and just have plain fun!  They were so great in letting me take their pictures!

I have the best job in the world!

I was so excited when this family asked me to take these photos of this young lady!  She is a dancer and needed some pictures for upcoming dance competitions.  She was so easy to photograph and her EYES where just amazing!  This was just half of her photo shoot.  I can't wait to finish the rest of the shoot with her and get so much more creative.

We were so lucky as a local dance store allowed us to photograph inside their store!  The lighting was absolutely amazing and the colors where just so perfect.
